>> DENTAL veneers ABROAD
Dental veneers can be used to improve the colour, shape and sometimes the position of a patient’s teeth. It’s a very popular and pain-free method for patients with discoloured or chipped teeth, and veneers can also be used to close small gaps when orthodontics (braces) are not suitable. Also, if a tooth is slightly out of position, a veneer can sometimes be fitted to bring it in line with your other teeth.
A veneer is a thin layer of very high-quality porcelain made to fit over the front surface of a tooth like a false fingernail fits over a nail. Because dental veneers are very thin and are held in place by a special strong bond (a bit like superglue), very little preparation of the tooth is needed.
Because a veneer will form one permanent, single unit with the natural tooth underneath, there is no special maintenance required. They will feel and look completely natural and the patients simply continue to care for their teeth in a normal manner.
Dental veneers are manufactured in the laboratory to the patient’s individual preferences and are crafted using precise CAD/CAM technology.
