Ultimate Dental Travel Ltd does not sell air tickets or packages including flights, however, we will help our customers in searching for the best flight fares.

If you do not obtain a visa where this is required or your passport or any other travel documentation is not in order and you are unable to travel as a result, any loss incurred with regards to flight costs etc is entirely your own responsibility. Non-EU citizens are strongly recommended to check with their embassy or consulate to obtain details of the relevant requirements.

• All dental services are provided by specific clinics which take full responsibility for any treatment performed and its consequences. Ultimate Dental Travel Ltd is not responsible for any loss or damage to the customer resulting from the performance of any of these services. The contract for any medical service and all dental work undertaken will be directly between you and the dental clinic. We are not liable for the work of the surgeon or any of the staff engaged at the clinic.
• All medical prices presented by Ultimate Dental Travel Ltd are estimates only: Patients will be quoted exact prices of their own treatment plan (which may be higher or lower according to individual requirements) at the clinic before commencement of treatment. Treatment time varies for individuals and can only be confirmed after seeing our dentist.
• In order to undergo dental treatments at our clinics, you must be in sound health. You must also advise us prior to travel of any disability, medical or behavioural problems experienced by any member of your party wishing to undergo treatment.
• Your dentist will need to assess your teeth to make sure that you are suitable for the treatment proposed. Our dental clinics have the right to stop dental treatment at any time without any obligation for compensation if you are not mentally or medically fit for the suggested treatment or if your payment obligations are not met. We do not accept any responsibility in the unlikely event that the surgeon feels that you are not fit enough to undergo surgery.
• The customer shall consult with Ultimate Dental Travel Ltd regarding arrival and departure dates before making a reservation as every visit to our dental clinics needs to be planned in advance.
• Your dental clinic will give you aftercare instructions and terms of their medical guarantee. Should you not follow these and there is loss or damage arising from your lack of care we are not responsible.
• The customer is obliged to abide by scheduled dental appointments.
